He says that his daughter shows up at his place once in a while but always to ask for something. This last time she said her car broke up, she didn't had any money to fix it and she needs it to go to work everyday. He thought his kids that nothing in this world is for free, everything has it's price so she knows that when she comes to ask for something she has to give something in return. Also because he knows she never pays him back.
